• Donation Tier allows you to choose your own amount. VIP and Priority Access Tiers have fixed pricing.

Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of each video, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once a request is submitted and production has begun.

Delivery

• We aim to fulfill requests within the expected timeframes, but exact delivery times are not guaranteed.

• VIP and Priority Access customers are prioritized for faster delivery.

Content Guidelines

• We reserve the right to deny any request that includes inappropriate, offensive, hateful, or otherwise unacceptable content.

• If a request is rejected, a full refund will be issued.

Intellectual Property

• By submitting a request, you grant Uncle Slim Talks the right to create and deliver a video based on your input.
